Corporate Brand, Reputation & Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Brand, Reputation & Communications Manager will lead brand communication initiatives across Mozambique, ensuring consistent corporate branding, effective public relations, and alignment with sustainability and regulatory goals. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes through strategic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen corporate image and increase awareness.
• Ensure brand alignment with group guidelines and manage major brand projects.
• Oversee production of digital content, including photography, video, multimedia, and copy.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Lead public‑relations activities, draft press releases, speeches, and support corporate events.
• Execute media campaigns, develop briefs, and analyse audience engagement.
• Engage with government and community stakeholders on public‑policy initiatives.
• Drive sustainability communication projects and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate branding, communications or public relations.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience working in emerging markets, preferably Mozambique.
