Site Representative – Offshore LNG Installation

About the role

The Company Site Representative (CSR) will be based on the Deep Energy vessel operating off Afungi, Mozambique, supporting the installation of the LNG project's production flowlines. Reporting directly to the EPCI Installation Manager, the CSR ensures that all installation activities comply with approved documentation, project‑specific HIRAs and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate installation designs, plans, procedures and contractor documentation against project specifications.
• Act as the primary client liaison on board, leading the company supervision team and coordinating with the offshore EPCI contractor.
• Monitor contractor progress, conduct risk assessments, and manage changes through the Management of Change process.
• Integrate the contractor’s HSE plan with the company’s HSE requirements and lead safety walks and hazard hunts.
• Provide verified installation data to reporting systems and report technical issues to the Installation Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offshore installation projects, preferably in LNG or similar large‑scale pipelines.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, HIRAs and change management processes.
• Ability to work on a rotating 28‑day on/28‑day off schedule and operate safely in a vessel environment.
