Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our shift teams in executing Tier 1 and Tier 2 load plans while maintaining high service levels for internal and external customers. The role combines hands‑on inventory management, quality control, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the morning inventory count process and analyse root causes of variances.
• Reduce supply‑chain overheads by applying problem‑solving tools and creating warehouse management tools.
• Ensure FEFO handling, accurate SAP updates, and real‑time inventory movement tracking.
• Implement and monitor warehouse layout zones (empties, refusal, picking, repack, finished goods).
• Maintain quality standards: cleanliness, pest control, temperature control, and product exposure.
• Achieve compliance targets for global warehouse GOPs and location‑based inventory systems.
• Oversee blocking standards for non‑conforming inventory and conduct product quality induction programmes.
• Manage repacking and picking operations to meet accuracy and productivity KPIs.
• Allocate labour using the SKAP tool and drive 5S results across the warehouse.
• Develop, validate and communicate SOPs, business descriptions, SLAs, and process maps.
• Facilitate routine team meetings and use problem‑solving methodologies (5 WHY, PDCA, etc.) to drive performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or shift operations.
• Strong analytical ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of inventory accuracy metrics and SAP data integrity.
• Capability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.
