Lead daily operations of HVAC, plumbing and electrical teams while strictly adhering to HSE procedures to achieve zero‑harm outcomes in high‑risk environments. Ensure all materials meet project specifications and conduct manual handling, excavation and site preparation in line with SWMS and task‑specific risk assessments. Implement site safety controls such as barricading, signage and hazard communication, and actively participate in pre‑starts, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Coordinate closely with civil and project supervisors, operators and crews to safely manage tasks across multiple work areas, and perform routine site inspections from foundation to final completion to verify compliance with architectural and engineering designs.
