Lead daily operations of HVAC, plumbing and electrical teams while strictly adhering to HSE procedures, achieving zero‑harm performance in a high‑risk environment. Ensure all materials meet project specifications and conduct manual handling, excavation support, and site preparation in line with SWMS and risk assessments. Implement site safety controls such as barricading, signage and hazard communication, and actively participate in pre‑starts, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Coordinate closely with civil and project supervisors, operators and crews to safely manage tasks across multiple work areas. Perform routine site inspections from foundation to final completion, verifying compliance with architectural and engineering designs.
