Modeled the assembly in CATIA V5 (18 parts, aluminium 2014‑T6) and validated structural performance with static and thermal ANSYS analyses. Presented a business case (USD 23 k CapEx, USD 178 k cumulative savings over 6 years) and proposed a digitalisation roadmap for sensor‑based predictive maintenance.
