Lead multidisciplinary site supervision, coordinating contractor, design team, employer and specialist stakeholders for the rehabilitation of the Bank of Mozambique building (USD 78M). Manage construction delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements, controlling budget and cost performance while reviewing progress measurements and payment certifications. Monitor baseline programme, identify constraints, request mitigation measures and follow up corrective actions. Coordinate procurement, material/equipment submittals and track approvals, delivery status and impacts on the programme. Oversee project documentation and communication, including RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, site records, progress reports and formal correspondence. Interface with external stakeholders and authorities, resolve utility and municipal constraints, and lead QA/QC and HSE oversight.
