Digital Learning Coach – 5 Positions

About the role

The Digital Learning Coach will support the implementation of a UNICEF‑funded digital learning programme across several provinces in Mozambique. Working directly with schools, multi‑purpose centres and e‑learning hubs, the coach will help teachers integrate digital tools to improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site coaching and classroom observation to teachers and facilitators.
• Support the integration of Learning Passport and Maza platforms into daily teaching.
• Collect and analyse data to give feedback and adapt interventions to local contexts.
• Ensure programme activities are delivered with fidelity and align with national education priorities.
• Collaborate with project managers and local partners to monitor progress and report results.

Required profile

• Experience in education, digital learning or related fields.
• Familiarity with blended learning approaches and community‑based education.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites in Cabo Delgado, Nampula, Gaza and Maputo.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and stakeholder engagement.
