Education Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Education Recruitment Manager will lead a portfolio of partner agents across Southern and Central Africa, positioning Study Group as the preferred provider of higher‑education programmes. You will drive student enrolments, achieve profit targets and support market expansion through strong agent relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales account plans and pipeline management for applicant generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and recruitment opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of agents, ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Represent Study Group at exhibitions and recruitment events, providing product training and market insights.
• Monitor competitor activity, assess product opportunities and act as the subject‑matter expert for the region.
• Coordinate university partner visits, manage budgets and scholarship allocations.

Required profile

• Native speaker of the local language and fluent in English.
• Customer‑service oriented with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI or comparable business‑intelligence tools.
