Package Superintendent – Cold End (LNG Project)

About the role

Join a high‑impact LNG project in Mozambique as a Package Superintendent (Cold End). You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe and compliant execution of critical construction activities on a multi‑billion‑dollar platform.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture across the client, contractors and subcontractors by applying deep HSE knowledge and leading by example.
• Monitor compliance with all HSE requirements and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Analyse contractor performance, identify deviations or risks, and propose timely mitigations to the Project Management Team.
• Oversee site works to guarantee they are executed in line with the contract agreement and approved plans.
• Review contractor assurance activities and verification documentation.
• Coordinate with other superintendents, engineers, planners, authorities, contractors and vendors to meet key contract deliverables.
• Deliver on safety, environmental, budget, schedule and specification objectives.
• Collect and validate lessons learned from project team members.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in oil & gas construction, preferably on LNG projects.
• Proven experience in constructability reviews and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
