Project Manager (m/f) – Construction Management

About the role

The Project Manager will lead construction activities by planning, coordinating, optimizing and controlling both human and material resources. Working closely with the project owner, the role ensures that all work complies with safety, environmental and quality standards while meeting schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor resource allocation to ensure efficient use of labor and materials.
• Enforce safety, environmental and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress against timelines and financial objectives, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Report status and risks to the project owner and senior management.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, including at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven interaction with a Project Office or similar governance structure.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and willingness to relocate.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project for scheduling.
• Competence in AutoCAD for design review.
• Knowledge of SAP for cost and resource management.
