SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and manage advertising budgets to achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization to increase organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and improved user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and lower CPA.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to raise domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics (GA4), PPC performance, and SEO metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Ads.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure zero downtime.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints is a plus.
