Senior Surveyor Engineer – 12+ Years Experience

About the role

The Senior Surveyor Engineer will lead the design and review of surveyor systems for building and infrastructure projects. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures compliance with codes, safety standards, and client requirements while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate surveyor drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Coordinate power distribution and power system designs, including panel boards, feeders and distribution networks.
• Perform technical calculations, load analyses, protection coordination and reliability assessments.
• Collaborate with structural, architectural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical input to project managers and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve construction‑phase issues and contribute to value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Surveyor Engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveyor Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in surveyor engineering for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Knowledge of international and local surveyor codes and standards.
• Proven ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and take ownership of technical decisions.
