Brewing Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Brewing Operator to monitor and control production processes during a shift. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency while adhering to VPO standards such as OWS, Team Rooms, and 5S.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement the production plan for the shift.
• Conduct quality analyses to meet process quality and productivity targets.
• Manage waste and by‑products throughout the shift.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Maintain effective workplace communication and use escalation procedures to minimise response times.
• Execute VPO implementation plans and exceed shift targets.
• Apply administrative systems, problem‑solving techniques and decision‑making principles.
• Initiate problem‑solving activities according to OWS triggers.
• Discuss development plans, SKAP and training requirements with the supervisor.

Required profile

• University degree in Food Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or a high‑school qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or chemical process engineering.
• Strong communication, dynamism and responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.
