Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, providing first‑level assistance to customers via inbound and outbound channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and manage related cases.
• Act as the first point of contact for homeowners using a booking platform.
• Provide timely assistance, especially during escalations, and log all interactions.
• Classify, track, and follow up on customer issues while maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze call data, share feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
• Availability to work CET hours, including mandatory weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack or other team‑collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office applications.
• Use of a wired USB headset and stable broadband (LAN preferred).
• Operating system: Windows 11 or later, or macOS 14 or later.
