Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Croatian speaker to join our remote team as a Pre‑Sales Representative. You will work with a leading European travel‑tech platform, helping vacation‑rental owners explore partnership opportunities and guiding them through the early qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record lead information in our CRM system and update status.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aircall cloud‑based calling platform.
• Experience using Pipedrive CRM for lead and pipeline management.
