Service Supervisor II – Subsea Safety Systems

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor II to lead Subsea Safety Systems (SSS) and an additional Testing and Subsea (TSS) product line at well sites. The role involves direct customer interaction, overseeing equipment rig‑up/down, and ensuring safe, efficient operations during well testing and related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise SSS and TSS service activities on‑site, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute job calculations, equipment preparation, and rig‑up/down procedures.
• Mentor and train junior personnel, acting as an Assessor for SSS staff.
• Identify sales opportunities for additional Halliburton products and communicate them to the Service Coordinator.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and promote quality improvement.
• Oversee equipment clean‑up, repair, and readiness for subsequent jobs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year as Service Specialist II – SSS or 6 years SSS experience including supervisory duties.
• Successful completion of Halliburton competency tests.
• Proven ability to lead crews, resolve conflicts, and ensure HSE compliance.

Required skills

• Downhole hydraulics knowledge.
• Blow Out Prevention (BOP) operation.
• Well‑site job calculations.
• Hydrocarbon property analysis (BHP, BHT, etc.).
• Subsea Safety Systems (SSS) operation.
• Equipment rig‑up and rig‑down procedures.
