About the role

The Commercial Readiness Accelerator is an intensive eight‑week program that places recent graduates directly within corporate operations. Participants gain hands‑on experience in communication, sales, and market analysis while working on real projects that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate teams in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Collect and analyse target market information to support sales strategies.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and prepare negotiation materials.
• Participate in boardroom meetings and interact with senior executives and enterprise partners.
• Deliver project‑based assignments that demonstrate commercial acumen.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any degree) seeking full‑time employment.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Unemployed and available for on‑site work in Maputo.
