Communications and Brand Administrator

About the role

The Communications and Brand Administrator provides high‑level administrative support to the Head of Communications, ensuring smooth operational, financial and procurement processes for campaigns. The role is tactical and operational, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational aspects of campaigns on time and within budget.
• Maintain and update communications schedules, budgets, roadmaps and related systems.
• Prepare and track annual budget forecasts, cash and barter allocations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics for executives.
• Handle office services including records management, procurement requests and general administrative duties.
• Produce routine correspondence, agendas, briefing materials and meeting minutes.
• Support the preparation of campaign readiness, proof‑of‑flight reports and effectiveness reporting.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and adherence to finance and procurement processes.
• Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a senior leader.
