Consultant Specialist in Data, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring

About the role

PATH is seeking a Consultant Specialist in Data, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring to support the FAST Project in Mozambique. The role will help the Country Lead develop data‑driven insights, monitor performance, and inform strategic allocation of health resources.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate health‑system data from multiple sources in Mozambique.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for funding and commodity flow optimization.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and monitoring tools for the FAST Project.
• Provide technical support to the Country Lead and partners on data‑driven planning and strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare concise reports and visualizations for donors, government officials, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in data analysis, health‑system monitoring, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Maputo for up to 50 days over four months.
