Country General Manager

About the role

The Country General Manager will own iColo’s performance in the assigned market, driving revenue growth, operational excellence and profitability while aligning with the broader corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for iColo country operations.
• Own and manage the business P&L, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Lead execution of growth strategies and expansion objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, regulators and shareholders.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and ensure alignment with Digital Realty/iColo global strategy.
• Oversee risk, governance, compliance and operational controls.
• Lead people management, succession planning and foster a high‑engagement culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Technology, Commerce or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or country‑level general management role.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and driving business growth.
• Experience engaging with senior customers, regulators and executive stakeholders.
• Preferred MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Background in data centres, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, cloud or related sectors.
