Country Lead – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Country Lead: Fleet will drive end‑to‑end logistics transformation for Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa in Mozambique. You will use performance data and benchmarking insights to improve customer service, cost efficiency and operational productivity across the fleet network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse logistics performance data and identify improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and coordinate with supply‑chain and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Group Office teams to implement best practices and standardise processes.
• Develop and maintain robust KPI frameworks, real‑time visibility systems and governance structures.
• Deploy logistics technologies such as telematics and route‑planning tools.
• Assess in‑country logistics maturity, design learning programmes and embed process standardisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in fleet or logistics management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional project delivery skills.
• Track record of building logistics capability and driving continuous improvement.
