Digital Power Account Manager

About the role

Huawei Mozambique is seeking a Digital Power Account Manager to drive growth in the solar and energy storage market. The role involves analysing customer needs, presenting Huawei’s digital power solutions, and managing key accounts from operational levels up to C‑Level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new prospective customers through in‑depth needs analysis of their solar challenges.
• Effectively present the Digital Power value proposition and products with support from product specialists, solutions architects and channel partners.
• Achieve sales targets, identify business opportunities aligned with company strategy, and contribute to the development strategy.
• Collaborate with customers from operational to C‑Level to embed Huawei’s DCI value proposition.
• Act as Solar Sales trader/leader/project director, coordinating with sales, product, service and commercial teams.
• Arrange R&D engagement, proof‑of‑concept completion and HQ event participation for key development accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in power energy.
• Well‑established relationships with transnational and local PV inverter, BESS project developers and EPCs.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, quick learner, and strong willingness to grow.
• Understanding of customer requirements and ability to match Huawei solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of solar power systems, PV inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Experience in valued account development and optimization.
• Familiarity with financial business scenarios and investment directions.
