Direct Sales Agent - Mozambique

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for motivated Direct Sales Agents in Mozambique to promote its portfolio of digital services to businesses and individuals. As an independent contractor you will work remotely, set your own schedule, and earn commissions on every successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals – who could benefit from BagginsHQ’s digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as digital marketing, hosting, corporate email, and Baggins TV subscriptions.
• Generate service orders and invoices through the portal; the system handles fulfillment.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, request withdrawals, and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Basic familiarity with online platforms and digital services.
