Export Sales Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive our FMCG business across Mozambique and neighboring markets. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain long‑term relationships with current clients, monitor sales progress and prompt timely replenishment orders.
• Identify and develop new clients, invite prospects to visit our factories in Tanzania or Zambia and convert visits into orders.
• Support clients in local market expansion, helping them grow their business and increase our market share.
• Track market trends, conduct research, produce regular market reports and adjust regional strategies accordingly.
• Provide end‑to‑end client support, from order placement through transportation, container loading, customs clearance and final delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• In‑depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Mozambique.
• Strong understanding of Mozambique’s product import regulations.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and new client acquisition.
