Hotel OS&E Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Procurement OS&E Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing of operating supplies and equipment for ultra‑luxury hospitality projects. The role involves aligning concepts, managing suppliers, logistics and ensuring smooth handover to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OS&E procurement strategy in line with brand standards and budgets.
• Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations and cost optimisation across global suppliers.
• Own budgets, track spend, identify risks and generate savings.
• Ensure alignment with design, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee logistics, delivery and installation for projects, including remote locations.
• Support pre‑opening activities and ensure seamless operational handover.
• Act as primary liaison with operators, brands and suppliers.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 10‑15 years of OS&E procurement experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with high‑end hotel brands, budgeting and pre‑opening.
• International sourcing and logistics expertise.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
