About the role

The International Coach Fellowship offers a unique chance to work with talented young footballers in Maputo, Mozambique. As a fellow you will coach youth players, mentor local coaches, and immerse yourself in the vibrant African football culture while developing your own coaching career.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate training sessions for youth teams.
• Mentor and support local coaches in coaching methodologies and player development.
• Collaborate with academy staff to design and improve development programs.
• Engage with the local community and promote the academy’s values.
• Document training outcomes and provide feedback to players and coaches.

Required profile

• Passion for youth football and player development.
• Willingness to live and work in Maputo for the duration of the fellowship.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Either an ambitious early‑career coach or an experienced academy professional.
