International Sales Manager – Energy Storage (BESS)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our overseas business development for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving market expansion, and delivering sales growth across target regions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key overseas clients, lead negotiations and manage public relations activities.
• Create and keep an up‑to‑date database of international customer information.
• Develop detailed market expansion plans and set regional sales targets.
• Manage the sales budget, control costs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Design and execute overseas marketing strategies for energy‑storage products.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy‑storage industry and solid knowledge of market demands.
• Proactive attitude, strong stress‑management and high sense of responsibility.
• Fluent English (advanced listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Prefer candidates with existing customer networks and familiarity with regional energy‑storage policies.
