International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for multilingual talent across Asia, supporting a variety of BPO roles for European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Post job ads on international job boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.
• Track candidates through the hiring pipeline until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, cold calling, or candidate sourcing.
• Background recruiting for BPO positions such as customer service, marketing, or sales.
• Familiarity with the European market recruitment landscape.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent in English and any additional languages.
