Knowledge Management Internship – Social & Behaviour Change

About the role

The Knowledge Management Internship supports UNICEF’s Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) team in Mozambique. The intern will help document best practices, organise knowledge products and contribute to learning and visibility of SBC programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Document SBC best practices, case studies and lessons learned.
• Compile and synthesize content from health, child marriage and other programme sections.
• Assist in creating briefs, summaries, presentations, slides, infographics and podcasts.
• Prepare content for internal learning platforms and external visibility such as websites, reports and events.
• Support the organisation of knowledge repositories and the development of KM tools, templates and processes.

Required profile

• Interest in social and behaviour change programming and knowledge management.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize programme experiences and evidence.
