Membership Agent – Mozambique

About the role

The Membership Agent will manage membership applications and records, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for members in Mozambique. This role involves accurate data handling, compliance monitoring, and regular reporting to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process membership applications and maintain up‑to‑date member records.
• Ensure cards and ribbons meet minimum stock requirements.
• Report operational abnormalities to the Membership Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Authorize exceptions using special request forms.
• Monitor and update member contact details, handling bounced emails.
• File supporting documents and prepare monthly reports for validation.
• Adhere to membership rules and organizational protocols.
• Develop and use innovative tools or systems as required.
• Promote a positive working environment in line with internal policies.

Required profile

• Grade 12 education with administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Accurate data management and record‑keeping skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative systems.
