Piling Superintendent / SEP Superintendent

About the role

The Piling Superintendent / SEP Superintendent is the senior operational authority responsible for safe, efficient, and high‑quality marine piling works. You will lead crews on Self‑Elevated Platforms, jack‑up barges and other marine installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, HSE standards and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute piling operations from SEPs, jack‑up barges and marine vessels.
• Lead and coordinate marine crews, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE, quality and approved work methodologies.
• Manage workforce, equipment utilization and monitor production performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, client representatives and project management to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years construction experience, with at least 5 years in marine piling operations.
• Proven experience operating SEPs, marine piling vessels or crane barges.
• Background in marine infrastructure projects such as ports, offshore energy, bridges or heavy marine lifting.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of HSE, quality and operational best practices in marine construction.
