Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager ensures that all quality control procedures and activities in the plant are executed according to the established QA manuals. You will oversee safety, calibration, and compliance while supporting continuous improvement in a brewing and packaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement safety, health, and environmental procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop employees, foster positive employee relations, and manage personnel practices.
• Verify execution of QA procedures, ensure equipment calibration, and highlight deviations to plant managers.
• Maintain QC administration, control consumable stock, and optimize measuring equipment availability.
• Facilitate effective team dynamics, performance management, and communication across the site.
• Achieve VPO targets and quality KPI/PI objectives while reducing reputational risk.

Required profile

• Understanding of process control within brewing and packaging operations.
• Assertive, analytical, proactive with proven leadership ability.
• Good grasp of Manufacturing Excellence principles and core laboratory practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
