Reporting and Performance Officer

About the role

The Reporting and Performance Officer will be responsible for producing Local Content reports, monitoring contractor performance and supporting the implementation of the TEPMA1 Local Content plan. The role combines data analysis, stakeholder coordination and HSE reporting to ensure project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Produce all reporting related to Local Content (quarterly and yearly reports) and keep Local Content KPIs up‑to‑date.
• Monitor contractors’ Local Content performance, expedite their reports and integrate data into project reporting.
• Support the development, update and monitoring of the TEPMA1 Local Content plan, covering employment & training, procurement of goods & services and capacity‑building opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation and communication of projects such as industrial baseline surveys, studies and business delegations.
• Support good HSE practices by reporting incidents, implementing mitigation actions and advising on safe work practices.
• Provide market intelligence to the Local Content team and collaborate with discipline leaders and main contractors to share information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Mozambican nationality; living in the local area is an advantage.
