Sales Executive – Mozambique

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth in Mozambique by proactively prospecting new clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, and managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound channels, maintaining an up‑to‑date pipeline in Lead Square.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects, preparing and delivering professional sales presentations.
• Prepare quotations using the approved quoting tool, negotiate terms within authority limits, and escalate discount requests as required.
• Secure required legal and compliance documentation, including KYC, ensuring ethical sales practices.
• Support post‑sale onboarding, membership activation, and client induction activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings.
