Secured Loan Manager

About the role

The Secured Loan Manager will lead the Bank's secured lending portfolio, covering mortgages, equity release, vehicle and commercial asset finance, and future secured lending solutions. Reporting to the Head of Products, the role combines commercial growth, risk oversight, product innovation, and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the secured lending strategy across all product lines.
• Manage the full product life‑cycle: design, enhancement, pricing, commercialization, and retirement.
• Drive portfolio growth, revenue, profitability, and market‑share expansion.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, delinquency trends, and asset performance.
• Lead product innovation, customer value propositions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and product approval processes.
• Build strong partnerships with sales, distribution, risk, finance, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the secured lending team to achieve high performance and succession readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced diploma) in Business, Commerce, or Management studies.
