Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise ICT Solutions (Maputo)

About the role

Our client, a regional ICT Managed Services Provider and Systems Integrator, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial performance in Mozambique. This hands‑on leadership role combines strategic thinking with operational execution to drive revenue growth and expand the enterprise client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio across ICT, cloud, networking and cybersecurity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strategic C‑suite relationships.
• Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end sales process to exceed targets.
• Lead, train, motivate and performance‑manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Monitor sales performance, report to senior leadership and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, production and leadership to align commercial objectives.
• Prepare pricing proposals, quotations and client presentations.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of successful ICT/technology sales experience at enterprise level.
• Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and building C‑suite relationships.
• Leadership experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred.
• Relevant ICT certifications or vendor accreditations are a plus.
