About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, produce, and publish engaging multimedia content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, direct messages, and fostering active discussions.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling abilities.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑performance laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
