Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation & Connectivity

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector. We are seeking a highly qualified Non‑Key Expert to support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems, satellite connectivity and the development and uptake of space‑based applications across Africa.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications, satellite connectivity or related applications.
• At least 4 years of experience with GNSS, SBAS, aviation, maritime or satellite broadband applications.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.

Required skills

• Satellite navigation and GNSS technologies, including Galileo, EGNOS and IRIS².
• Satellite connectivity and broadband applications, such as SBAS, aviation and maritime use cases.
