Talent Developer – Employee Development & Mobility

About the role

As a Talent Developer in Mozambique, you will support employee growth, internal mobility, and HR best practices within TotalEnergies' "One Total, Better Together" transformation. You will work in a multicultural environment, partnering closely with managers and HR stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define individual development plans and recommend training, coaching, and evaluation actions.
• Conduct career assessments and guide employees through professional growth and transitions.
• Manage internal mobility processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with diversity policies.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate selection, and staffing decisions across the entity.
• Advise managers on people reviews, talent identification, and training plan design.
• Identify high‑potential employees and contribute to succession planning.
• Lead recruitment activities from sourcing strategy to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits, governance standards, and employee‑relations initiatives.
• Promote HR initiatives, internal events, surveys, and talent development programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations (recruitment, training, organizational development).
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
