Travel Agent – Modernizing Travel Operations

About the role

We are a travel company transforming the way we serve clients by digitising our booking and ERP processes. We need a proactive Travel Agent who can thrive in a tech‑forward environment and deliver seamless travel experiences for individuals and groups.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client bookings for flights, hotels, transport, tours and visas.
• Design and quote custom itineraries and travel packages.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate rates and manage contracts.
• Process payments, issue invoices and keep accurate records in our ERP system.
• Track and reconcile commissions, supplier payables and customer receivables.
• Provide after‑sales support, including changes, cancellations, refunds and complaint handling.
• Adopt new digital tools and workflows as the ERP and online booking platform are rolled out.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar tourism role.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with financial transactions and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High integrity and reliability when handling client funds and supplier accounts.
• Comfortable adapting to continuous digital transformation.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (or willingness to learn the platform quickly).
