Warehouse Controller

About the role

The Warehouse Controller will ensure AB InBev’s safety standards are applied while managing inventory and warehousing functions to meet customer service targets and productivity benchmarks. You will lead the implementation of standard operating processes and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with 5S standards and global policies throughout warehouse operations.
• Design and enforce management cycles, including business descriptions, SLAs, process maps, and KPI indicators.
• Develop, validate, and communicate SOPs; ensure all staff understand and follow them.
• Facilitate routine team meetings to solve problems and improve performance.
• Use problem‑solving tools (5 WHY, PDCA, RACI, etc.) to create action plans and improve KPI and PI results.
• Monitor and cascade KPI/PI targets to individual employees and achieve at least a 75% score on linked GOPs.
• Ensure daily inventory count compliance, manage obsolete product disposal, and address count variances.
• Track layout adherence for specific zones (empties, refusals, etc.) and drive layout‑related improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality policies.
• Ability to lead teams, conduct routine meetings, and drive performance.
• Experience applying problem‑solving methodologies to operational challenges.
