About the role
We are looking for a Cost Controller & VPSHR Compliance Officer to support financial performance, cost monitoring, and compliance activities within a major international project.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost performance.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with VPSHR requirements and internal procedures.
- Support audit activities and compliance reviews.
- Maintain accurate financial and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4‑6 years of experience in Cost Control, Financial Analysis, or Compliance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of VPSHR, ESG, or compliance frameworks is desirable.
- Experience in energy, oil & gas, mining, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
