C&P Business Services Manager (Full‑time)

About the role

The C&P Business Services Manager will lead the Contracts and Procurement function for TotalEnergies' Business Services entity, covering IT, QA/QC and Maputo building assets. The role ensures compliance, cost optimisation and continuous improvement across all procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies Code of Conduct and procurement policies.
• Organise, manage and control the Contracts and Procurement function for Business Services, including IT, QA/QC and Maputo buildings.
• Lead the contracts committee, define transparent procurement strategies and present subjects to the committee.
• Drive cost optimisation using market intelligence, supplier evaluations and target pricing.
• Promote continuous improvement of contracts and procurement procedures and reference documentation.
• Coordinate workload of the contracts and procurement workforce and manage the Business Services contracts team in cooperation with partner entities.
• Validate contractual documents, conduct audits and intervene in settlement of lawsuits with legal and finance teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs, report activity to C&P management and ensure global reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Projects Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in technical contracts.
• Advanced certification on C&P tools.
• International experience and ability to handle cross‑branch issues.
• Proven ability to train newly recruited C&P personnel.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and planning skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
