Data Science Specialist, Analytics Division

About the role

The Data Science Specialist will join the Analytics Division to provide human‑ and business‑impact insights for our product portfolio. Working closely with product and design teams, you will translate deep product knowledge into user‑centered deliverables that shape product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in‑depth understanding of assigned product technologies and features.
• Conduct research to generate human and business impact insights for products.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and other UX artifacts that solve real user problems.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders, simplifying complex information.

Required profile

• A portfolio demonstrating well‑thought‑through, polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize tasks independently.
• Proven impact on shipped products through design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Sketch.
