Enterprise ICT Sales Manager – Maputo Based

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise ICT Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our client base in Mozambique. This hands‑on, hunter‑focused role will involve identifying new opportunities, winning enterprise contracts and building long‑term strategic relationships across multiple industries. You will collaborate closely with a technical team to design tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio.
• Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify customer needs and work with technical teams to create customized ICT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Support and mentor the sales team.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, mining, energy, oil & gas, transport & logistics, government or education.
• Strong consultative sales approach with ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors and other executive stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field preferred.
