Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with managers to meet their HR needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment efforts
• Develop and manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination processes
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
