Human Resources Officer (Field)

About the role

You will help coordinate and support the execution of the Country Program HR strategy and operational plans, ensuring high‑quality services for programs serving the poor and vulnerable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the HR Manager or Head of Operations in overall HR program management.
• Help coordinate and support HR processes to meet agency, donor, and local legal requirements.
• Assess service needs and advise managers on daily staff management responsibilities.
• Collect input on HR processes and participate in reviewing and updating systems, manuals, guidelines, and tools.
• Support professional development needs assessment and ensure precise development programs for staff and partners.
• Maintain personnel records and HRIS in compliance with CRS, donor, and local regulations; provide analytical HR reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of HR experience, preferably with an international or local NGO.
• Strong relationship‑management abilities and a customer‑service ethic.
• Excellent planning, coordinating, and organizing skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
