Human Resources Specialist – Recruiter for Mozambique

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network into Mozambique and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter to lead the local recruiting operations. You will be the public face of Workistry in the country, identifying talent, building relationships with hiring managers and growing the recruiter community across key hiring markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network in Mozambique.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meet‑ups and professional conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Mozambique (agency or in‑house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals or recruiters in Mozambique.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with networking applications.
