ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 Compliance Officer (Mid‑level, Maputo)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer to manage and enhance our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 systems. The role involves supporting audits, identifying risks, and ensuring both the company and its customers remain compliant with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company’s ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 systems.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Identify and manage compliance and information security risks.
• Track audit findings and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance and audit reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies and processes are followed.
• Support customers in achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification.
• Assist with compliance and information security training.
• Help improve business processes and procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in quality, compliance, ISO or ICT.
• ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and/or Implementer certification.
• Practical experience implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Strong communication and report‑writing skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
